fireman 11,336
Not really been a fan of his music but by feck he did well to make it to the age he did and they sure don't make them like that any more ..RIP ..
Bosun11 537
Lucky enough to first see him at Donnington in 1984. Then the original Sabbath reunion 1997 in Brum. Though music aside, he was a funny, warm, working class lad, with a love for the early bull bloods that came over from the states. RIP Ozzy
tatsblisters 10,925
Gutted I never saw him with Black Sabbath back in the day. Paranoid has got to be up there with the all time rock classics. RIP Ozzie.
mushroom 13,941
I'm sat here listening to the Black Sabbath album and proper gutted. Another one on my list that I'll never get to see live. First Bowie now the Ozzy... Why can't they knock off that ginger nob head Sheeran or Adele FFS Edited 17 hours ago by mushroom

Why can't they knock off that ginger nob head Sheeran or Adele FFS I must admit when Bowie went I was gutted as well pure genius, Prince another one but this was totally unexpected gutted is an understatement, the neighbours are really gonna get it over the next few days I will be dusting off Volume 4 and Sabotage albums Sabbath at their best in my opinion. Defo in my top 5 Black Sabbath albums. Black Sabbath was the first one I bought, so having a little walk down memory lane.
chartpolski 27,351
My favourite of the many stories about OZZY was when Tony Iommi advertised for singer for a band he was forming, and OZZY turned up at his door barefoot, dressed in a kaftan and had an old tap on a piece of string around his neck ! He got the job ! LOL ! Cheers.

TRUEBRIT66 2,055
Great character, bit mixed emotions as I had him on my death list though. Just Clint Eastwood and my wild card of Prince Harry and I would have the treble!
