I do trian hard...to failing on some sets...drop sets etc...but I very rarely do 1 rep max lifts any more...

And as for this keto carnivore thing....honestly it's never interfered with training still have plenty energy

Mate, I've done civils pal, but, how much are you really going to save doing the footings and shite, my brother has all the gear, he'll do it at a much cheaper price I hope lol so should be laughing.

I've been taking an electrolyte tablet each morning marketed for runners/cyclists and people on keto or low carb diets
