How much you resting between sets You should know that you add small increments each session, I've been going around 3 months now, inconsistently mind, it's not a bro split where you just pick a weight and go with it, I'm still not close to stalling so the weight is shifting with ease, I'm resting 2-3 mins between sets.
Leo Sayer 3,718
When younger burned the candle at both ends, often lamping till nearly daylight then a long drive home. Now due to the nature of my work and buisness definitely a early bird. Even on my day off of week off work am up at 3 to 4. I love the solitude of early mornings and being out and about.

That’s what I loved about lamping, knowing everybody else tucked up an felt like this whole big rock we live on was mine haha done same for years, lamping then long drive home or even lamping them ferreting straight after, paid the price now tho I’m haggered haha still by nature tho I’m a night owl, learned to live with sn appreciate it now haha

downsouth 8,394
Up at 5.30 every morning and out with the dogs then back to get my daughter up and get her breakfast etc before leaving for work.Tbh I'm asleep by not much after 10 these days. There was a time I'd go to the gym straight from work and go out lamping till the early hrs.Since I hit my 50s giving the dogs an hours walk after work and a bit of gardening is as much as I wanna do after a day's graft.

mel b 4,039
I'm up at 4am in the week , and at work before 6am. I'm usually up earlier at the weekends , to head of shooting . I've always been an early riser , even as a kid . When I worked the doors , I'd often roll into bed at 2.30 am , and be back up at 4am.
