Really enjoyed that Arsenal/City game today i thought it was so refreshing to see a good old fashioned centre half v centre forward battle between Gabriel and Haaland....refereed sensibly as well.

I can see it coming down to the last day wouldnt be surprised to see Arsenal slip up at Palace on the last day.

Haaland was outstanding yesterday, that's how a centre forward should play, I think hes really improved that part of his game, back to goal he was so strong and Gabrielle was given a torrid time... brilliant battle but won hands down by Haaland imo..

Local media got a fairly decent picture of the boy the other night, worth a share I thought

Its’s mainly intensive coaching, he’s ten, eleven next month and plays in the under 14’s . They are in the quarter final of a cup and his coaches say he’s got a good chance to get the Balon D’Or if th

You're bang on. Haaland has worked on controlled aggression and using his strength against markers.

Not long ago, he could be bullied and psyched out by opponents. Now he's dishing it out as well as receiving it.

Good for him that he didn't make the most of Gabriel's head moving toward his at one point. Other players would have gone down clutching their faces and screaming like a banshees.

I don't know if you noticed, Haaland also had  a little 'afters' with Gabriel and  kicked out after the ball had gone. Totally new for him.

He's becoming a more complete centre forward.

Geez, he was exceptional before the improvement!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for West Ham tonight. I think gnasher could handle demotion quite calmly, but it would put Wilf right over the edge. His typing fingers would be worn to the bone and the capital letter and exclamation mark on his phone would  be completely fecked. Not to mention that we who read the football section, would suffer from a continual ringing in our lugs and emotional exhaustion  for the rest of our days.

For the sake of us on THL...Come on ye Hammers!

Credit to the lad for being a man when Gabrielle gently touched his forehead with his own, stayed on his feet. If he had gone to ground as  though he had actually being nutted, straight red.

Nah, I've drunk loads of milk, dozens of eggs and when I'm asked how I like my steak I just tell em to wipe its arse and leave the horns on. Still can't stand up to my Mrs.

Just a gentle wind up. I'm watching the game now.  Not many white faces. Just a bunch of mercenaries .Bowen and Souceck are the token white fellas in the WH team. When Man U were in their pomp, half of the team were local  lads, straight from the academy. It does make a difference imo. Another gentle wind up.

This is not a wind up.I'm  deadly serious. Danny Dyer gets up my fu kin nose. Plastic wanker.

I challenge him to a square go . Even in my 76 year old, advanced state of dementia and physical decepitude, I am confident that, if he didn't run away, I would deliver a good pasting.

Anybody got his postcode.? I'm well up for it , if the Mrs gives her blessing.

No, totally get that of course but I suppose my point was, if you’ve already gone and done it then it’s nice that they haven’t gone mental with it……I think ?

I wonder what’s the story with Arteta if Arsenal go and make a bollocks of it this year ?……Arsenal over play something shocking in my opinion and in all the wrong areas.

You dont wait for the January sales and then pay full price do you....the reason you waited was to gain something

Yeah you have to wonder about Arteta its as though Arsenal just have some sort of mental block....he's built a brilliant side there but if you cant finish it off with a trophy.....i dont think they're a chop and change kind of club so would think he'll be given more time.

The way he positions his body to just nick a split second of time even someone like me who hasnt played the game properly can see its an art,he must be a nightmare to mark and keep quiet one slight slip in concentration and he's done you.

I feel like im constantly bargaining with myself  " yeah but at least something will probably change, and it was good going round all the championship grounds "

Must admit the Millwall and Spurs predicament has thrown new light on the situation !

Anyway now Bradys done a runner its 1 down 1 to go maybe the plans working after all.
