My Mrs has ordered me to take the next 6 months off ...sort my head out lol, gonna retrain and get into something I enjoy doing for the first time in my 45 years on this planet... everything we have is

Either the hunting fraternity are an extremely level headed sensible bunch of people or folk in general lack ambition or the desire to take a risk anymore......heres a scenario.....just out of curiosity, how many of you chaps would put that on a 100k coin toss ?.....in terms of " investment " theres nothing in the world that could double your money quicker, but theres a 50/50 chance you'll end up with nothing......1 spin of a coin heads or tails ?

Hi buddy if you know about real estate you'll know its very hard to better it. age dictates a lot when investing mate, not wishing to sound out of place but what are you looking for - passive income ,maybe ?

                                                 Good luck Buddy.

I stuck part of mine into houses that needed work, did a bit of it myself and got mates in for the rest. Once flipped, the multiple on invested capital was decent compared to letting it sit. Bought a couple of cheap plots too, just holding them for now. Kept some in premium bonds—slow but regular wins. Bit in old tools and gear that hold value well or even go up.
