im not moving goal posts ,go look for yourself ,ive been lucky enough to been in north ,south ,west and east africa  most is a shite hole admitadly most of the time i spent was coastal regions  although i did stop in uganda once but only to refule in entebbe,

There are several schools of thought as to why, stupidity imo isn't one of them. They just didn't need to build anything on similar scales because everything they needed the land provided. As I said I watched a documentary the other week and a black African man was saying it isn't in the culture to maintain infrastructure (they were talking about the railways in this case). Can they plan ahead the same as any human? Of course they can but cultural priorities come first. There are still hunter gather tribes outside of Africa who act and plan in similar ways they did for thousands of years. Sami, Amazon tribes etc. It cannot be denied that the supposedly first wave of humans out of Africa have a lot of similarities with African tribes even now. Are we more evolved? I don't think so, I just think 1000's of years of thinking differently have developed ideas in different ways. Laws, philosophy, monumental projects to plan 100's of years ahead are ingrained in our societies.

Again wrong, genetically speaking an Irishman has more in common genetically with my mrs from Honduras than sub saharan Africans! They have greater genetic diversity because they were the first peoples. I'm not claiming Africans are dumb, they are not but every type of difference you find outside of Africa you will find in Africa. Height, Intelligence, speed, strength etc. The argument is that the cultures haven't moved much in thousands of years apart from a very few exceptions.

We will agree to disagree on that. The garden of eden is something that explains origins of  civilisation (Uruk), not the origins of man, which is proven to be in Africa. The oldest fossils of the homo genus outside of Africa would be homo erectus who made it all the way to china but still originated in Africa.
