Little wander around the secret location of britains next record carp trees absolutely breaking under the weight of fruit got a couple of nice pears and picked up a couple of pots of local honey to make hawthorn honey

Make some Perry with those Pears mate I made it one year, much squishier to press but interesting when it was done and quite high alcohol if they are really ripe.

Out again today and thankfully the rain is back lots of parking all the solar powered hi viz walkers have gone home and left it all to me still lots of fruits on the trees and a strange encounter with a couple of guinea fowl that flushed out a hedge cocky little fecks stood there ground and had a right pop was very tempted to bag one up lol nice to see some sign on the ground again as well

No mate came out a while back ounces off the record it’s a young fish in a prime water probably do the record next time out

There are two lakes mate the one everyone wants to be on and the boating lake up the road the record fish will come from the boating lake was £25 a year for locals mate now locals can’t get on anymore as it’s all dead man’s shoes with tickets sold all over the country bit shit really
