Went to a pretty decent show today put on by one of the oldest Kent scooter clubs.Some seriously nice scooters there but this one although I probably wouldn't want to own it is still an amazing bit of engineering

Widow maker if I ever did see one! But like you’ve said cleverly engineered I do like some of this clever custom stuff and just looking how people have over come problems and figured stuff out to make it all work

Mate I we're untill you started really looking into it that you realised just how far he'd gone with it.everything was widened at the front.Forks,mudguard,wheel to then accept the twin discs.Ive seen a few of these including some that were cobbled together but this one was a work of art.

Great to see proper engineering being carried out in garden shed, something that is sadly in decline, in fact most form of engineering in this country are.

Not be able to do much recently but i have nearly managed to finish both the 1978 DT125E and the little Beta R12, i also brought a Frankenstein cobbled together  1978 DT50M, going to cost far more than its worth to put right but i will do it because its the first road legal bike i owned back in 1981.
