I just don’t know what these people are thinking. Now I know spousal abuse is not a colour thing but some things are just predisposed to be a danger and allowing your kids to shack up with spades is one of them…..it’s f***ing hideous ! Family friends daughter who I have known since a kid was knocking about with a spade the other year, she was 17 and he was 24 !! She was getting into all sorts of dangerous situations apart from the obvious while out at party’s and such like with this f***ing animal, her mum ?…….pleased as punch !, fitted her liberal, love everyone, hands across the ocean ideals to a tee !! I couldn’t watch it, I took the girl and my daughter (who is her childhood friend) out for a coffee and just told her “stop it, get rid of this geezer, you are worth more than that “ Had a nice hour or so and thankfully she gave him the elbow and has a nice boyfriend now more her own age. I think you do what you can, where you can mate…..that’s the honest truth of it. I always warned my kids off hanging around with ethnics and scumbags from no age, you just hope it gos in the nut and sticks there. Thankfully, they have never had odd marks in their social circle. I’ll also add, that no matter what age if your instinct tells you something, anything, is wrong then you step in, no matter what aggro it may cause because it’s almost inevitable you won’t be getting thanked for it at the outset. I have daughters of 19 & 18 and I have been told to mind my own business more than once, but f**k it, you can’t neglect your duty just to be “the good guy”, sometimes you have to be the bad guy don’t you mate.
