What other benefits apart from sofa can fibre give us?

I didn't say he's not correct on a lot of stuff...but he's hardly someone to seriously listen to....and to be honest I think I've probably only seen 4 or 5 of his films....there are far more people out there with more insight in to low carb diets...and there benefits..

I'm just generalising mate....I think if everyone went on a zero carb diet they would drastically improve there life...but I understand most people couldn't or wouldn't want to...bit if they went low carb...they could still improve health a good bit

He was that stiff, lol keeping fibre to about 20 percent of your food intake seems optimal,an hopefully that's good clean organic to try an limit the nasty chemicals that there sprayed with.

Also the high oxalate content, plus the gas an bloating is not good.

If you look at fibers "benefits" they are not great at all

They wouldn't though, because that would mean cutting out all fruits, all veggies, that would be terrible for anyone.
