I think most of it is a load of bollocks, unless you're deficient of something you likely get enough in your diet.

Vitamin C with Zinc is best for boosting your immune system. In general I've found magnesium really helpful for generally having a bit more energy and sleeping better, which of course has a positive e

As Ave mate try an get your vitamins an minerals from your grub, more easily absorbed, apparently harder for your body to break down an absorb the synthetic version.

Maybe try a tub of electrolytes, most people are deficient on something or another,I think that's how sickness starts, feel Al your body needs these thing for optimal living.

I use b12 in a little pump spray, cherry flavour, when I feel I need a boost,I also mix raw ginger, Manuka honey , Cheyenne pepper together....the minute I start to feel under the weather, best thing for colds/flu etc..3 or 4  teaspoons and I'm right as the rain within a few hrs👍

Best thing to start the day over night oaks , chia seeds , almonds , few other nuts , bit of fruit. Then a glass of lemon juice that I make out of real lemons in boiling water with manuka honey. f***ing lovely and fresh on a morning. A make a 2 litre jug up.

listen you don't graft like I've said. Sat on a forklift vehicle most of the day isn't graft. Setting mole traps isn't graft. Lifting tiles on a roof most of the day is graft. That's where the legs are built up. Up and down. Not easy work at all. I've to admit I'm slowing down.

Your better off eating plenty of fruit and veg and learning about herbs and berry’s the vitamin thing is a multi million dollar industry and 99.9% of it passes in your piss because we can’t process vitamins in tablet form IE vitamin D comes from the sun and is processed by your skin and can’t be gotten from many foods but every bloke I talk to swear by them it’s just another emporas cloths situation

I think that aswell mate tbh. I eat shed loads of fresh fruit and vegetables plus meat. Think i have just got to face facts I'm getting fecking old 65 next and doing this many steps in a month is bound to increase ware and tear on me.

Vit d3 k2 and magnesium can be a benefit...but as Greyman rightly points out above there is talk that getting in capsules tablets ect might not be that beneficial....

The other thing us of course they might not have in them what they say they have...so many micky mouse companies with flashy packaging....Tongat ali and ashwaganda both supposed to increase testosterone...but I bet if there annalised might not have the quantity in them they claim

Fish oil might be better for you in supplements than it is from real fish, because it doesn't contain as many pollutants.
