Stavross 17,589
Ask the lad about building control and he said “ who’s building control “ I don’t know if he was joking or not, so left it at that. So everything is down to the level it needs to be and the type one is coming on Monday, quick job on the way home for my mate and that’s me done for the week, don’t know why he can’t put a track on his own digger

eastcoast 4,413
Note to self: the next "love job" that involves removing skirting and putting right the previous lazy spark's work removing surface sockets and flushing into wall... call in favours from plumber friends to take rads off the wall and collar an apprentice from work to chase for the back boxes.
gnipper 6,729
Looks quite neat for a sparky there mate, when I was a kid plastering it was my job to go round fixing all stuff like chases etc when a spark had smashed them all over the place.

Stavross 17,589
A bloke I’ve done quite a bit of work for has asked if we’d do a patio at his daughters first house and as he’s paying for it we are now ripping it all up and putting something nice down they have had the snagging lad off YouTube here and theres a list of over 150 faults, the bricky’s are here now from West Yorkshire and they have cut out and replaced over 500 bricks, this is a 350k house and the build quality and the materials they have used are shocking, this is the main reason I won’t work on sites, they are full of mongs that are only in it for a wage, no pride in what they are doing and no consequences for being sh*te at your job 1
