I've seen this in quite a few bull types, they usually get slightly better but for a running dog it's better pet homed.

How's old is it? What you been feeding? Some times it's down to feeding bag food that makes them grow to fast get him on meat. Mostly seen it in big dogs like deerhounds x's.

Yes I would follow my advice and try until it was 12 months old.

When ya look at them back legs it is bad and I can’t see them straighten up much,it would be a pet home or pts as I can’t see a meat diet doing anything.

Probably the best advice in this thread.

I know I wouldn't keep that pup on, 'hoping' it would come right in a few months, or whatever, no matter what I fed it or how I exercised it.

You can’t beat genetics mate  

No chance outs righting them but not to say dog might be ok to knock about with but could end up costing arm and leg in vets 

when they are like that normally they end up with hip dysplasia plus it’s straining joints in ways they are  not meant to be strained ie to a side easier to dislocate etc
