How some people get all bent out of shape about a perceived lack of gay men playing senior football, and inferring prejudice within the game is the cause.., but say nothing about what must be a disproportionate amount of gay women in the women’s game. Same as we frequently hear that there aren’t enough opportunities in the game for black managers, when in proportion to the population they’re probably fairly represented, whereas percentage wise black players at senior level are massively over-represented.
All the ‘isms are one way streets.
