Useless b*****ds.., and specifically those in managerial roles. Daily I come across incompetent people who don’t know what they’re doing, and either don’t even know, or won’t admit that that’s the case. They make bad decisions simply because they’re paid to make decisions, and often when shit goes South, try and throw others under the bus.
I’ve always believed in the ‘Peter Principle’, which basically works on the premise that many organisations reward performance and competency with promotion, which then leads to the next level of difficulty and responsibility, but fails to adequately ensure someone is up to the actual job in hand. You only then stop rising through the ranks when you hit the ceiling in what you’re actually capable of doing well, which leaves a great many people in roles they then don’t/can’t deliver in. In other words.., a useless b*****d.

Fighting was a right of passage back in the day.

Singly, or fighting and bonding with mates,  it was a fantastic adrenalin rush. I really enjoyed it .Lots of male physical sport  involves, risk and physicality.

  Bragging and exaggerating afterwards, telling each other how daring and hard we were. That was your teenage years. Kids have got more things to do these days.

I know it was sad but there wasn't much else to do. Drink, dance, fight. That was your Saturday night. Burger King and McDonald's weren' t invented then.

We were all willing  participants.  If you're asking me if I preferred to square up to rugby types or the  over parented lads in the video. Then it's the latter every day of the week.

I wasn't unusual  and I don't honestly  recall ever deliberately squaring up to  those who weren't willing to tango.

I've never bullied anybody in  my life,  and,  in fact often fancy myself as the sheriff in the white hat and stick up for those who are bullied.

f***ing loathed students when I was late teens/early 20s……..we used to seek out student house party’s on purpose to cause carnage !

One lot called the police this one night and when they turned up I barricades myself in the khazi with a load of bottles of export and refused to come out until I’d drunk them all.

The cozzers was out side saying “Come on mate, we will have to break the door in if you don’t come out” and was “Nope, f**k off, I’m not coming out until I’ve drunk all my beers and you’ve bought me a Chinese !” 
 

This went on for a while and they wasn’t very gentle when I eventually opened the door and said “where’s my Chinese you c**ts ?” lol
