NEWKID 28,690
Cranbrook, on the edge of Exeter, the first free-standing new settlement in Devon since the Middle Ages... A wonderful addition to the area, should have 35k living there by 2031.. around 8k now... housing estates poping up everywhere, but these aren't like the estates we grew up on....just cardboard houses with the overflow of councils who can't house them... all my early land of hunting as a kid is covered in houses a tescos, a sainsburys and the home of the Exeter Chiefs, Sandy Park.. its all change

Mate, it was green fields 6 years ago...this is a brand new town, I know places like Milton Keynes in the 60s to service London... But this is Exeter, the population of the city is less than 150k, so adding 31k to that plus another 3 or 4 big housing estates.... the infrastructure will struggle... Mate, this is a stand alone town, school, church, youth centre, doctors surgery it has its own newly formed council... As my first post, the first standalone town built in Devon since the middle ages!! There are housing estates popping up everywhere, but this is a town built for the influx of people other councils (Liverpool, Birmingham etc) can't house... All change everywhere mate.. Not digging you out by the way Greyman just thinking out loud. I agree with all you say mate I don’t really care about the vaccine one way or another, I don’t take my flu jab I don’t want this one, my anger is more aimed at the control side of it how easily people are manipulated told it’s a good ideal and in there best interests and just go along with things much the same as the mass immigration green belt land being covered in houses and all the other shit laws people are willing to roll over and take, the virus has been used as a massive smoke screen to take even more rights away from people and see how far and easily they can push people into compliance and it’s basicaly shown me how f****d are when like minded people on here are stating I should be put in prison or forced to take the jab for the good of everyone, which simply is not right or true but all boils down to the same thing, And for that reason I,m out,

Greed gets the better of folk... I do feel sad when we go in and flatten everything put in the drainage and roads and start ripping footings... You notice the wildlife ebbing away as the site progresses... But it feeds my children and pays me enough to get bye... You can't stop progress they say... 1
