Weighs just 4 grams mate 22mm diameter and 4mm thick. Intriguing.

4 grams....slightly over one ounce then....could well be a weight then

Not knapped Sandy, I have quite a bit of stone age stuff it's very smooth. Just like a mini discus. Been in the ground a long time I would say with lots of micro scratches you can see under magnification.
