i could see its benifits in todays world with covid....especialy in a hospital......however if we all had them in our home are we at risk of being to sanitized??

That's a good question, Tomo.

My daughter in law is scrupulously clean with our five year old grandson, washing his hands every five minutes.

When he's here, I have him down to the allotments, eating tomatoes straight from the vine, eating blackberries, raspberries, etc.

He climbs in the hen and duck houses to collect the eggs, digs in the soil,  plays with the dogs

I know she's not that pleased when I bring him home scruffy, he's straight in the shower and his clothes straight in the wash, but she accepts that he's getting an education he otherwise wouldn't.

I think being shielded and sanitised from everything may make you more susceptible to certain ailments, and being exposed to some things may build up a resistance, but you just have to use common sense.

Cheers.

That's it mate, I'm hardly ever ill and pretty much can eat anything...my natural immune system is good, but I've always been stuck into some crap or other with no real thoughts..

But to have piece of mind that the air in certain environments are clear of viruses, bacteria, mould etc which could be damaging is a good thing Imo...

Its personal choice on your home if you clean the side, hoover, bleach the toilet or put an air purifier in the room... but commercially and in business there is a duty of care and these types of systems will be added.
