Greb147 6,810
Watched a Sparrow Hawk in pursuit of some Starling at dusk today, in the commotion a woodpecker was spooked, the bird missed the mark and flew away empty handed.

MH1 1,920
Kites are common round here, was driving out of my street last year and one swooped down a few metres in front of me to pick up a road kill crow

Ken's Deputy 4,462
Never seen That sort of size variation in buzzards, to be honest, Francie. Shame you couldn't have got a pic of this bird. Especially with the crows for comparison.

Ken's Deputy 4,462
Morning, Francie. Good work, mate. I'd been wondering if you'd seen a red kite. That's no fukking kite! Okay. I'm gonna be the one with the balls to put his head above the parapet - so all the experts can come out of the wood work, off the back of it and call me a kunt. But, all things considered? I'd be interested to hear what else it can possibly be but a Goshawk.
