I like whiting mate, but if I'm honest I don't think it is the best to hit with all those flavours... its a fairly delicate fish, flakier cod really... I just keep it simple with whiting, grill or fried in butter, salt and pepper and some lemon... Bass, Bream etc I think you can throw flavours at, chilli, garlic, coriander etc...
