Lot of snow falling so stopped for lunch till it eases off,honey glazed chicken benedict,really nice,my good lady has BLT (and egg and some smoked salmon) and salad.

Made my first batch of chilli sauce;

I used mainly jalapeños but added a few Devils Brew chillies for an added “kick”.

On a scale of one to three, definitely a !
