WILF 49,663 Posted June 1 Report Share Posted June 1 Blended up some olive oil, garlick, fresh basil and lemon juice earlier and poured it all over some chicken thighs….been marinading for a while and are now roasting with black pepper and Achill island sea salt and seaweed seasoning. Got some finely sliced carrots boiled, baby new potatoes and peas which I will coat in garlick olive oil and more fresh basil while hot and some salad with honey & mustard dressing to sit it all on……on a plate of course ! lol And that folks, is why I’m a big fat b*****d ! lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
