gnasher16 31,602 Posted November 17, 2020 Report Share Posted November 17, 2020 Id like to end up being one of these nice old boys you hear about i try to be a more pleasant person these days and see things from other peoples perspective more but having been a focused driven person for many years " being nice " doesnt always come natural im ashamed to say.....have to say physically i havent really changed much but mentally and emotionally i value things i didnt used to.......the appearance of the grandson threw a whole new light on family life for me that i probably didnt fully appreciate before.....that and the importance and beauty of truly loving one woman and the fidelity that go's with that have become very important to me where it wasnt years ago......friends have always been the constant in my life and having recruited well as a younger man our relationships are as solid as ever ....its the pals/acquaintances id like to cut down on as years progress i know a lot of people in different areas of life and it all takes up more time than im willing to give nowadays....likewise the financial responsibility to certain people and interests i have but its not something i could ever complain about.....and just generally keeping my nose reasonably clean and enjoying the fruits of labour will be my pathway into old age.....thats about the strength of my age and clarity 3 Link to post Share on other sites
