That cleaner is rubbish, if it won’t regen on a good run then the chances are it’s a faulty sensor, they all have to give an expected reading to the ecu, if it doesn’t see what it needs to it will not regen, it wants to go on a diagnostic, after it’s been repaired it will need a forced regen, sometimes the soot mass is to much to allow a regen and the dpf will need to be cleaned out, there’s companies that do this properly now and when they have done it it’s like new, they are very expensive to replace and a lot like the cats the aftermarket ones can more trouble than they are worth Edited July 24, 2020 by Stavross

Today I took the new car for a run on the motorway, the trip was around 45mins to a hour. When I pulled up on the drive I let the engine tick over for a few minutes before switching it off. As I got out the car I noticed that the fans were still spinning and did so for about 5 mins. Now I'm guessing this is something to do with a DPF regen? Head gasket on its way out.keep an eye on the expansion bottle.it obviously shouldn't lose any coolant at all.

In the blink of an eye you're doing double the speed limit.
