Greyman 31,774
Cheers Gnash, yes I have a misses, two dogs, cat (black) and lizard to accommodate, I,m just looking for a slower way of life were people seem to still care a little bit about each other and don’t judge you on how new your car is, all the things your mate was enjoying is what I,m looking for, and if it all goes to shit here I,ll feck off across the channel and meander my way through Europe, have always fancied it but never did it now it’s got to the point if I don’t do it now it will never happen, so have talked her into renting out the house for five years and give it a go, will be plenty of pictures if/when it happens mate

You can just keep up to date with the podcast it will all be drip fed on there over the coming years, episode 31 has a politician on explaining how he was treated when he tried to raise it in the House of Commons and the farmer Eric ley who’s farm was the centre of attention in the original beast of Bodmin case, were they had Everyman with a dog or gun from around the world trying to bag a recently released leopard, sadly foxdropper never got his invite because they all failed dismally and even had sheep killed and eaten when they were in the same field
Squirrel_Basher 17,102
Havnt read whole thread Greyman but my advice is to take out insurance on the rental property to cover defaults and damage ,totally different to house insurance .Add the cost to the rental value .Mortagages these days are based purely on what capital your putting down .Shouldnt be but it’s a fact .If and when ,get the rental paid via standing order through a third party .That way ,third party are first to know if any default occurs and can they can address it ASAP .Renting through a third party may seem like wasted money but any one to one is avoided should all go tits up and trust me you don’t need that hassle .
Greyman 31,774
What a week been waiting for the postman every morning heart in mouth, thinking I may have just been lead down another blind alley, well mother in law is chatting to daughter on the phone last night and says oh tell your mum I have a letter here for her so I,ve shot over and dragged her out of bed this morning and low and behold she has had it all fecking week, forgot I’d started using her postal address for when I,m afloat, now my misses is rushing back from Devon and I,m not allowed to open it until they arrive back, it’s worse than fecking Christmas sitting here staring at it
