If that had been the opposition she would demand it. Im awaiting the conspiracy from the rabid nationalists claiming it's a set up. Procureter fiscal is known not to bend from pressure from the top. Not to say they can't be unbiased but in the whole if they think they can win and secure a conviction they will come after you.
