Im trying to cut down a bit and eat healthy during the summer plenty fresh fruit and veg , but a nurse told me grapes are just full of sugar you should freeze them then suck them like a boiled sweet anybody do this its just weird its like sucking a stone :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Most fruit is full of a natural sugar called fructose and all the freezing process does is stops you eating as many, I doubt you would remove any sugar, or ice cream would taste shit I,m happy to be proven wrong but off the top of my head that's about it from my veiw point

Fructose is rapidly absorbed, so it's good for a quick energy kick, and better than processed sugars. I also can't see that freezing would make any difference....unless you've got sensitive teeth !
