They couldn't put signs up with all the things we can't do or there'd be more signs than anything else. That's true Walshie though I have seen the odd sighn up in parks saying do not pick the flowers wile shooting the odd woody or squirrel with my catapult.lol

The one 8,600
Its the arrogance of some cops sure that could of been dealt with better or ignored the police really thought they where something , great wages able to act like this is my town im the sheriff if they joined up young enough able to retire at 55 and get another job till 65 , those days are gone now they have to work till retirement age same as most and theres more danger on the streets , but how come when the shit goes down first thing they do is call for public help ? that guy and his family will now never help the police again can you blame them ? There isn't signs on street corners saying "Don't murder people" either but most of us don't.
Accip74 7,112
I think he should do community service, planting bulbs in the community. Might think twice about supporting his local florist in future.....
bird 10,015
Think she was a shitty jobsworth. She could easily of said " you shouldnt be doing this but now its done please dont do it again" sorted. Wonder what she did with the daffs? Didnt see if she had wedding ring but i'll bet she dont have kids. Rotten Bitch!! Atb Spot on, but for the 2 things that could of happened and one did, 1st having kids by the main road ,ok the dad there but , some mad prats on the roads, 2nd like been said for the sake of 3 £ quid he could have bought a nice bunch done up with nice paper and little card with them, all he got his is kids been told off by the law . So got to say really he should have gone to a shop with his kids and bought the above., but suppose if he was on his own , well he could have picked them, and just get the flack him self , which prob most bloke could handle, fook me having lurcher and being some where i shouldn't be day/night , you get used bollocking from cops and farmers , but he shouldn't have put his kids in that situation , but the cop was a prat , she could have let them have the flowers , but have said do it again you get a fine next time . cragman 2,892
Country code should apply here...leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but photographs. The flowers cost ten bob from a garage, or grow your own! Me and my 4 year old granddaughter have just potted out some herbs and flowers. Cheap as chips and she loved it.

Blackbriar 8,569
I don't think the plod was being a jobsworth, but it doesn't look like she handled this very well. It's against the law to pick wild flowers and, if they were planted by the council for instance, they are in a public place for everyone's enjoyment.....either way, leave 'em alone !
