Does British Culture Have A Peadohilia Problem?

The way kids in care have been repeatedly let down by the system is truly shameful  from Saville to the grooming gangs they've been preyed upon with no one in authority seeming to give a shit about them.

It's interesting that you mention the care system mate, in my experience the vast majority of people in the care system share a common political ideology.......so, does that paticular ideology bare some responsibility for turning the other way ?

Because to admit there is a problem in many circumstances would mean admitting the failings of their own policy's wouldn't it ?

What ideology were they protecting when they turned the other way when Saville, various politicians and other paedophile rings were using care homes as their own personal child brothels?

The problems with care homes and child abuse being covered up or ignored go way beyond the people working in them, it's the police and general public ignoring complaints from what they see as troublemakers from scummy families and the general attitudes towards kids in care and until they change we'll keep seeing these scandals being uncovered every few years. Nonces will always prey on the powerless and voiceless and you don't get much more powerless than kids in care.

Mate, I have to agree with Astanley on this ..........obviously it's been going for years so prior to the last 30 years it was probably just to protect the status quo and the same would go for the church in that regard.

But getting back to the care sector, well let's just say there won't be too many members of UNISON voting Tory will there ;)

It's radio silence when it comes to anything that makes the "everything is OK to do and everyone is free to come here" generation

You do realise it was care workers (probably UNISON members too the scumbags!!) who had been trying to get the police to do something about the Rotherham grooming gangs for years don't you? It was inaction by the police (secret UNISON members?) and the council not the care workers, they pleaded with police to do something even compiled lists of the registration numbers of the cars picking the girls up and they did nothing.

probebly becouse the chief constable was having a dabble!!!.

Yes i fancied plenty of 16 year olds when i was 16/17/18 but if you are a mature man who fancies 16 year olds then you aint right.....if you can drive along and see a girl in a school uniform and want

But in a way we DO have a problem because even ONE person who robs a child of their innocence and scars them mentally for their own sexual gratification in this country is a problem that needs erasing

Is it an illness or just these dirty low life b@@tards getting their sexual gratification at the expense of young innocent lifes, for me its a reason to bring back the death penalty, illness or deprav

Hmmmm.......maybe ;)

Of course I am poking you in the ribs a bit because I understood the nature of your original post ;)

The truth is, nobody is blameless in this (at police, junior and senior government level, care sector, media) and certain sections of the population are more inclined to abuse vulnerable kids.

There's no limitation of ethnicity of course but it's not distinctly a "British" problem or indeed part of the culture.

Saville was big news because he was a household name and rightly so, I do have to ask why though that there is no large scale media witch hunt of gangs of Asians gang banging young white girls or Rumanian gypsys selling 13 year old into prostituion ?

Can you think of a single reason ?

Those that did were threatened with the sack or told to go on diversity courses by the scumbags with the mindsett of the P.C. brigade .It was the late great Marlene Guest who sett the ball rolling in getting some thing done about Rotherhams CSE by muslim grooming gangs despite her never realy getting the recognition she deserved but that was down to her being a vocal member of the BNP

And the police that they reported their concerns to were part of the PC brigade I suppose? Not the usual accusation leveled at the police!

One Pakistani family claimed they had the police in their pocket along with the scummy labour council so same as the rest so as not to appear racist yes even the police were part of the P.C. brigade imho https://rotherhampolitics.wordpress.com/2016/04/03/who-is-embarrassed-at-sajids-picture/

Police and local politicians in the pocket of one family? Sounds like your standard corruption to me...

...Nah much easier to blame it on some "PC brigade" conspiracy.

Look up the name of Gordon Jelly who was one of the main players in Rotherhams social workers .

The police have definitely been part of the pc brigade, I have heard many cases of people being arrested and charged for racial slurs, posts on facebook, etc some whose daughters were victims of these vile grooming gangs. Hopefully the culture within the police is changing now but I have been disgusted many times reading of some of the charges people have copped in Britain.

The grooming gangs were often footnotes on the news and certainly not in depth and often buried under different stories, Savvile etc take up the whole news and have special programs about them, the media to its shame genuinely didn't seem to care about the victims of the grooming gangs in the same way.

Years ago the news was just that, they said the facts and left the emotion out of it, now its all about making a story to fit the narrative.

I wonder why well known celebrities being caught up in an abuse scandal got more column inches, a total mystery!

Come on pal, you are a bit smarter than that.....don't be deliberately obtuse ;)

Look, I can accept that this type of behaviour is not exclusive to immigrants or their offspring and I can also understand why a bloke of your political persuasion starts a thread like this when you see paki rape gangs constantly mentioned with regards to sex crimes against vulnerable children because it isn't just solely and asian problem.

I can even accept that a "celebrity" is more newsworthy than a corner shop owner from Bradford.......but I can't accept that sex crime on this scale would not be news at all or warrant very little attention when in fact one group get massive attention and the other get little or nothing........that's no accident and you know it.
