12hr shifts are evil.more time spent in work than the house/family.

Then extra 4 hours are a killer, seems like the last longer than the first 8! Though I remember doing 12 hours shifts ripping out and refurbishing shops in a shopping centre, it was jam packed all day then come 5 it was dead, was actually quite pleasant to work there when no one was around

attachicon.gif20161013_114722.jpgattachicon.gif20161013_114714.jpgI've been building a base for a pumping station on a new site-steel fixing, shuttering and pouring concrete .plenty of work out there if you got it in you; ).atb dc

Been there and done that for 30 years, I would sooner cut my toes off and stand in vinegar before laying another cube of concrete, saying that some days it felt like I had

All jokes aside, I'd love to of started muay Thai a lot younger, maybe get sponsored by a gym and fight over there to pay my way, I may not of been rich or overly successful but at least I'd enjoy what I'm doing

Young lad from here is doing it, coaching and fighting in Australia as well as flying back n forth from Thailand to fight, all expenses paid just living the dream!

Did 7 years in the casino industry when I left college as a service engineer. Installations, maintenance and repairs.

Went on the roads 3 years ago doing white lines and cats eyes etc. Just handed my notice in to go working in a lab mixing and testing thermoplastic.

All about as shit as each other I reckon but gotta pay the bills one way or another.

Theres money to be made for the smaller lads, but the lightest I've ever been was 87kg and I looked and felt ill, couldn't get any fights at 93-95kg really, unless it was against smaller fighters who've had hundreds of fights
