Rees-Mogg is actually one of the very few Tories I have any time for. Might disagree with him on a lot but he's a gentleman and has principles, two things very lacking in most politicians

So we have three women leaders in Scotland and now possibly of two here in England with Angela eagle and Teresa may.. all I can say is I hope the don't synchronise with there periods because for the

sturgeon aint got no blood in her she runs on engine oil

Anyone on here actually a member of the Conservative Party? Interesting to see how those that actually get a vote will be voting.

LOL, that's a loaded question!

I promise not to add anyone to any lists!

I don't think Boris Johnson wanted to be the 'Brexit' prime minister

It's a poison challis for sure

Exactly!...........But there's no denying he had his eye on the job, preferably under a remain outcome?

...cynical I know ;-)

A narrow remain win so he could be the "unity" candidate after Cameron stepped down was his plan

May has said UK will stay a part of ECHR and there will be no election before 2020. Article 50 to be invoked before the end of the year.

The second point is while the ability to trade with EU member states is vital to our prosperity, there is clearly no mandate for a deal that involves accepting the free movement of people as it has worked hitherto. Now is not the time for me to set out my full negotiating principles – that will come later. But I want to be clear that as we conduct our negotiations, it must be a priority to allow British companies to trade with the single market in goods and services – but also to regain more control of the numbers of people who come here from Europe. Any attempt to wriggle out of that – especially from leadership candidates who campaigned to leave the EU by focusing on immigration – will be unacceptable to the public.

Put the gun down.... for now ;)
