I must say I liked that yank birds house,,,all logs,,,I'm not keen on full taxidermy ,,,but was still a nice place

That house was the bollox, lot of character, that would be a great place to hang out,and she had a very supportive husband who backed her trips to the hilt.

Small bear they have there !!!!!

The black bear the fuy shot was small but i thought of the taxidermised grizzly bear, which was HUGE,today when i saw on the news a guy in the states has just been pulled off a mountain bike and killed by a grizzly.

I'd much rather go and run some antelope with a dog tbh...

Had a lad work for me few years back, white Zimbabwean, he worked as a guide for big game hunts and had a load of "impressive" photographs.

He did explain to me how only certain animals were picked to be hunted, so you could see 50 elephants in a day but if they are not the particular bull that's been picked out they were out of bounds. It seemed a very controlled procedure and aimed towards the conservation as much as the sport. it was a very small number that could be killed of any of the prize animals every year..

Each to their own, but wouldn't be my type of sport personally, would rather have a days tracking with a camera

Growing up next door to a safari park we could he's the lions roar of a night while lying in bed, we used to climb over of a night when we was kids and wind them up,same with the elephants we would climb into the old elephant house sit in the rafters and watch them for hours, sometimes under the influenced of the old magic mushrooms, haha I could never kill any of the big stuff but as people say each to their own just not for me atb AT

Haha brilliant mate!

It is funny how we all hunt particular quarry and a life is a life so to speak...

But I would guess only a small percentage of us would want to kill any of the African big 5 even if we could afford it..
