squab 2,875 Posted April 28, 2016 Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 had a night out last week up at stamford bridge stadium,first on was a young up coming ska band doing a good set followed by good old Neville Staple,the original rude boy (SPECIALS) and ended the night with Dandy Livingstone,he only 72 year old i thought the roof was coming off when he done message to you rudy. only holds 550 in the venue but feck me it was a banging night,good to see a young band with their own take on the two tone ska scene,as well as a couple of old favourites. got bad manners to look forward to again lol,middle june on a scooter rally in kent. bit special these couple lads good old Neville dandy doing his bit doing rock steady anyone else been to anything old skool lately 13 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Never been to anything similar but reckon I would of enjoyed that. i was big into the scene late 70s early 80s,to young for the first time round and been to a lot large venues and seen them all, good times in my youth,wrecked a lot Ben sherman shirts,lost a lot blood and snot and had more stitches than i care to remember, nice to get bit older and bimble down to a small trouble free venue which they all seem to be now days which is good 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
