Birds "please Add Yours"

Recommended Posts

Looks like we're just feeding the local riff raff, sparrows and the like so we'll have to put up with a Chaffinch for the day's excitement...if it carries on I'm taking my feeders in when I'm not outside

Theres lots good photos on here but you an coupke othets just get it right as far as my untrained eye can tell, i dont know if its yoys or ye cameras but its like seeing them in flesh, class

Anymore of nuthatch by way haha always had soft spot for em

Thank you for such a positive and kind comment Katchum, very much appreciated...

I would hope it was the person behind the lens doing the majority of the work/creativeness and the camera/lens being the tools required... Also, having photographic subjects helps massively...

I think I have posted Nuthatch images previous so probably already been seen but will keep this thread updated with whatever birds I photograph and hope others will continue to do the same...

Here's a Nuthatch in a familiar pose, I took this about 2 yrs ago...

Yep! :good: Not seen one of those for years.

The name's a bit misleading because it looked yellow to me lol I'm on the lookout for Siskins next and have one feeder loaded with Niger seed which most birds don't seem interested in. Our sunflower heart feeders are being annihilated on a daily basis so we're going to have to start buying in bulk as this is going to get quite expensive! I also nearly caught the woodpecker but he flew off when I got to the window but we'll get him eventually :D
