That registry is entered by owner or breeder beck then it did t exsist so Khan Ben e tweed since but not rest of litter mate the kennel club site denotes the full litter though ?

seen a couple of clips of him, he seemed honest enough from what I can remember, not sure on his pure pups but a few of his crosses can run.

Yea Hamish dog was Khan litter brother ? Paddy a real nice dog sensible easy too manage on field and decent behind a hare, day we matched we both blanked was awful weather mad wind n heavy rain I nearly bought him after the match cos he was tidy dog for the asking price

 

think he would of reached another level had someine taken him on a permanent basis instead of being passed pillar too post

wene i was thinking about wat dog to use on swoop it crossed my mind pleny of times about using a pure the thing was back then earley 90s the majority of the pures i came across and saw run wer so slow it was unreal not like the dogs ur running now wat do you think changed over them years as the dogs now seem to have plenty of speed or was it that i never came across any well bred animals just snails which i no is not the case today as the breed seems to be growing in strength

Back then there was some decent pures about but they would of never put them to a Lurcher my mate told me he went to a saluki coursing club and seen one run and it was pure class it killed it's hare in fine style and there was a old lady who owned it he fetched the dog for her and on returning it to her he said he ran that very well and she replied yes not bad for a dog that's eleven with a false hip yahudi was its name from bury down breed I think my mate said he would of loved to put it to a Lurcher and ov had a pup

be interesting to hear wat the other lads say max i was travelling up to the fen from about 84 mate and up untill 95 ish i had personly never seen one that impressed me they all seem to be sliped maybe get to the hare then realy put no amount of pressure on wereas the dogs of the past 15 years or so seem to have plenty of speed and drive wat i was getting at is this through importing new lines into the uk or was it that i just didnt come acrooss the ones that wer already hear that could do there job
