Pup's 9 weeks old now. He's good as gold most of the time but for about an hour after each meal he goes properly wild. He attacks the big dog, jumps all over the furniture and is generally a little shit. We put him in his kennel for an hour when he does this and he calms right down.

Is it the boost of energy he's getting from his food?

My current lurcher could be an evil little bastid as a pup,he liked to shove his nose into the corner of the sofa and growl\bark and if anyone touched him he'd attack them.

many times I carried the little fecker by his scruff while he's trying to bite my hand off to his crate.

My boys pup is the same at the moment, driving me off my head !!

She is an ace escape artist, she is 3 months old and yesterday I put her in the horse box while I made her run more secure and the bloody thing jumped clean over the back and out !!........she is about 12 inches high at the moment !!!

All part of the fun !! Lol
