depends what you wanted to achieve but for maintenance and generlal good health if i could only feed one i guess i would opt for beef, you got good protein along with a higher fat content. I like a bit of fat in their diet.

I'd choose beef over chicken every time, red meat better for dogs than white meat, beef got more iron and b vitamins in which is good for running dogs

I add spinach and dark greens to his meal if feeding just white meat, pork or chicken for example.

I just buy my regular stuff and add the freebies scraps etc to it. Local butcher loves him which makes asking for the offcuts etc much easier

If I could only feed one it would be chicken, preferably the carcass with plenty of meat on. Mine love them, keep the teeth clean and full of goodness.

I get bags of scraps from a butcher near me. There is literally everything in there. Steak, Sausage, burger, chicken wing, all sorts of bones, minced meat, cooked meats, offal, lights. You name it. These goody bags go down a treat with a couple of chicken carcass.
