dillydog 8,417
You know what it's like with your tools, no one likes a new spade or shovel and I personally threw the sharptooth out of my first few digs in disgust, but once you get used to it you wouldn't be without one. I've always used the graft welded to a bar or a heavy duty fork but the sharptooth (in the right ground) knocks them both out of the water. 1 Quote Link to post
Jekyll 329
Got one of these a while back, I personally haven't used it as haven't got a terrier yet.... I lent it to my dad for some drainage work, he tells me I'm not getting it back! Quote Link to post
fat man 4,740
They are a good tool no doubt about it,but to say it will break concrete is a bit of an exaggeration or else its very weak concrete.I worked at concrete for years and on some occasions had to break out existing concrete to reinstate with new and it was hard work with a jack hammer let alone a 2 prong fork, but in hard ground[shale tight stoney ground] it does a good job. 1 Quote Link to post
