Council Calls Foul Play On Fouling............

Recommended Posts

Technically it's an offence and the police can stop you for it, but they don't. There are also dog wardens specifically for the problem to ticket offenders

The thing is it's not solving the issue therefore something needs to be done. Like rubbing there faces in it!

The key phrase is 'but they don't'

It could be enforced.

Does it warrant an f**k ton of taxpayers money to tackle a problem, that is already an offense? Will they choose to enforce this change?

One way generates revenue. The other way costs a lot of money, and creates an overly complicated solution to an already solvable riddle.

EDIT: Rubbing their faces in it should be brought in!

At the end of my road, some b*****d lets their dog shit on the pavement and doesn't clear it up.

Most dogs do it at a certain distance from home so it is usually on the same spot each time.

If he is ever spotted then DNA testing is probably the only way it can be pinned on him or her.

They have the shit DNA. How do they then go about securing a DNA sample from the offender?

If it catches these lazy b*****ds that let their dogs shit on the paths and in the parks and not pick it up, then I'm all for it, and slap the fee for the DNA test and the testers fee on top of their fines as well the fuckers, creating jobs and making the culprits pay :D

Employing people to walk the streets catching offenders = jobs for normal working men.

Setting up a DNA databse and testing piles of shite = lucrative contract for a company probably owned by a friend of the guy that came up with the scheme.

Business as usual then ;)

Round here, if your dog is picked up by the Dog Warden, and spends only part of one day at their kennels, you will be charged £114, plus any vet fees deemed necessary.

Since, like a lot of local services, this has been contracted to a private company, there must be at least a bit of money to be made out of of it !

So, why the absence of waste bins and the ever-empty bag dispensers ?

I'm told that Wardens can issue fines for not having a bag on you, but since I've never seen one, I haven't been able to ask.....

Maybe there is a case for the return of the dog license, purchased each year and worn on the dog's collar ?

Surely it depends on where: an area of forest near where I live has a sign asking people to simply flick it into the bushes rather than wrap it in plastic and sometimes you can walk for hours with no hope of seeing a bin in some places.

Pick ya shit up lab..lol.c**ts round here must have big dogs there's piles of it walking my kid to school.. Not nice mate.its fuckinh vile..

Pavements and kids parks mate I've not a problem in fining folk. I've said it before and I'll say it again I don't walk my dogs in places where kids play or people are walking about.

Why is there not a designated dog shitting area, then anyone standing in it shouldn't be there. I'm not carrying 3 bags of shite about for no one!! Infact years ago it was never done but now it's like the worst thing someone can do.

If I'm walking in the woods or fields and my dog shits and someone asks me to pick it up then I'm afraid there not going to like my reply.

I've given up saying anything now, the twats look at you like you just fingered their mum's arse and made them sniff it when you offer a bag.

This tw@ of mine does at least three on our round the block walk and there's no bins anywhere so it gets fired in people's skips or wheely bins on bin day. Nothing worse than walking around carrying a bag of shite and I can understand why people would launch the bags, luckily most of our walks are out on the moss and it can stay where it's dropped.
