Malt 379
Malt I loved porridge and also another Ronnie classic open all hoursI've seen every episode of porridge and I'll still happily sit through a few hours if I'm not doing anything. Steptoe and Son is another series I can watch over and over again.

I'm a big fan of Steptoe but it's a bit like Faulty Towers for me it's almost un-watchable as I can't help cringing for Basil or Harold every episode as it always goes horribly wrong.....

I watched one where they were looking to move into this house, and the local neighbourhood watch man came over an paid them to stay away. They went round all the posh estates with houses for sale trying to do the same thing! The later ones were all about the conflict between them, and while still funny I think they lost something. Shame Beckinsale died when he did, its been said Going Straight had the potential to be even better than Porridge.

Blackbriar 8,569
ITV3 run the likes of Rising Damp, On the Buses,George and Mildred,Man About the House and Duty Free (the longest 2 week holiday ever !), as well as regular showings of the Carry On's. Now there's proper family viewing, never mind all that Ant and Dec nonsense !

Rake aboot 4,936
This might sound stupid, but this is why I kinda liked that "Detectorists" programme with McKenzie Crooks It was funny cause it was cleverly written and relied on being an observation of people to be witty. What was once called a "Gentle comedy"
