One For The Kids

Recommended Posts

Youtube !!!!!!!! My boy has been watching some guy cut big bits of wood into small bits and gluing them back together again. Anyway after rummaging in my scrap wood pile he has made these two chopping boards.

Firs one Oak and Mahogany.

Second one Iroko and Mahogany, it plays havoc with your head, like one of those psychedelic pictures.

Definitely prefer him in the shed than in-front of a box. Like you say they are a bit nice to hack up but a good use of off-cuts. At the moment they are taking pride of place on the breakfast-bar but that second one is doing my head in! Try tracing the center block with your eyes corner to corner, side to side.
