I liked 'ol Len, bought feck all off him but liked him all the same. Downsouths just said it right, Len never pretended to be anything else, everything was for sale and fair play to the old bugger, he served a purpose to many.

Didn't deserve that spell he did, damn shame for a man of his years. I hope his remaining years are all good. They don't build characters in this game like Len French any more!

spot on bosun heard many a tale of len from being left millions in a will by his parents to some tall stories about his dogs max i think only one of his lads made sas and was suppose to be high up but there was never any harm in len

Must admit I liked Len ,,,,I stood hundreds of lurcher shows during the last 12 years with my stall,,,,and Len would often be there,,,,as well as being on the coursing field with him a few times,,,,he always brought a smile to my face good laff he was,,,I hope he's well

Got some bits and bobs off him a few years ago as I thought he was still in Europe, but he was back on home turf, although he did want to come back over and threatened to visit.

 

A grandson of his was on here trying to track him down a few years ago and got reunited, so all good.

As others have said, they are fine, They are currently owned by eBay, but are in the process of being made into an independent company.

 

If you use them to take payment for items though there is a fair commission (it's a %age, but can't remember how much). So if you are selling on eBay that's on top of the eBay commision.

Remember him turning up at a show in a brand new Subaru with the reg plate LGF 1 , .............told me he had brought car and the plate .....on way home I passed him in a lay by , putting the proper plates on , turns out car was on test drive !! A character which the game needs from time to time !
