using mk2 on saturday night i managed a few bandits [very flighty] i went out last night &used the mk1 and i found a tidy little roost of both crows and magpies and tucked in for a few hours i gave them a good old pasting -billy

hi craig if possible i always go for head shots [day or night] but if i cant get a clear shot at head i will go for heart /lungs area but ive found if a woody crow etc is facing directly away from me a well placed shot in upper back drops them stone dead without as much as a flap of the wings -billy
