socks 32,253
FFS I know which way is clockwise and anti clockwise I learned that last week .... But you always join all motorways from the same direction ... You come down the slip road and the motorway is on your right ... So if you don't travel the m25 regularly how do you know which way your going ??? ... I just don't get it ........
Tiercel 6,986
I think I am right. The outer carriageways are clockwise and the inner carriageways are anticlockwise. I think TC Edited September 15, 2014 by tiercel

If you went on the M1, you'd be going either North or South, and the motorway would always be on your right as you enter. It depends on which entrance you take. Exactly, so, to travel CLOCKWISE you will not have to cross the motorway, you'll just join it. Whereas to travel ANTICLOCKWISE you will have to cross the motorway first via a bridge.
