It's easy to say "well people shouldn't do this or that".....in life there are always shades of grey, I know good decent people that have got in bother through circumstances beyond their control.

Whatever the rights or wrongs ,,, and you can argue folk shouldn't get in them situations,,,it's a job I could never do,,,because there are genuine folk out there that have got in to dificultys ,,, wi

It was council tax bailiffs I had some dealings with , their relentless & will try every trick in the book , the best thing to do is not let them in your home, dont leave windows or doors unlocked

I used to knock around with a lad that worked for a small private car parking company. He's a f****r and will make money anywhere he can, never gonna be rich mind. We'd give him some shit for it but a good lad to know because he knew parking laws inside out and would let us park in any of his carparks around Nottingham which was bloody handy.

He once got his car locked in a private carpark and had the owner out of bed for 'illegal theft' of his vehicle! LOL.

But it's not just credit cards that use bailiffs ,,, the council do when you don't pay council tax,,, in fact there's loads of companies that use them ,,,,

Locks your doors,, and close your curtains ,,,,,lol

It was council tax bailiffs I had some dealings with , their relentless & will try every trick in the book , the best thing to do is not let them in your home, dont leave windows or doors unlocked , the council wash there hands of you once the bailiffs have been given the debt to collect , but by not letting them in your property & not acknowledging their letters or answering any phone calls they make ..... THEY HAVE TO REFER IT BACK TO THE COUNCIL .. once that's happened you can arrange a repayment scheme with them direct again & all the bailiffs trumped up over extortionate charges are omitted from the bill

In my case it wasn't because i didn't or couldn't be arsed to pay my council tax , it was simply struggling to pay my current council tax & then another 100 quid a month to the bailiffs as well , I just couldn't do both .. the problem only arose when the council tax people said I couldn't get a discount because my son worked , even though he was only 16 , so I didn't get the reduced rate council tax

I got so stressed about the whole bloody saga until someone suggested i went to the CAB .... I went to see them & they said I should be able to get some discount going on my wage despite the fact my lad was working ... they contacted them on my behalf & at least sorted that part out ... but I still had the bloody bailiffs to pay ... then on the last payment to them i made a cheque out & posted it... pretty much forgot about it

But that wasn't the end of it, the last payment was a differing amount from the the other 4 payments I had religiously made & I had not put the correct amount on the cheque , they sent the cheque back uncashed , I received that the day before they sent out this bailiff bloke .. they dont hang around thats a fact

So I was quite prepared for him to pop back an hour later to pay the last £98 . 71 .. but the bill included his 130 quid charge :censored: .. like hell was i paying that , so i told him I was contacting the council to ask them about the charges

he cleared off & said he would return , I spoke to the council & said i could pop into town to show them the returned cheque & bring the paperwork the bailiff had left with there charges .. I did just that & they sorted it , never heard another thing from the bailiffs & I simply made the last payment minus the rip off charges :toast: ... 1 nil to Kay I think

They would have had you in shackles before he hit the floor mate, all the same these c**ts......alright team handed bullying some poor sod but wouldn't have the bollocks to have a square go.

I had a couple of stroppy traffic wardens in London once so I says " never mind all that, why don't you take off those silly f***ing hats and we will go down the alley over there and see what's what ?".........bottless c**ts shit themselves.

They called the old bill to me in soho square but lucky enough it looked like the cozzer hated them as much as me and just told him "nothing to do with us!" Lol
