get some live traps and catch them all then drive over to the womans house and drop them off at her door

I thought by law you had to give food and shelter ? well they aint going to get much shelter out on scrub land   what is it with people and cats they become obsessed with having to feed them cant

JB it doesn't matter wether they belong to someone or they are feral , your dog accidently chases them there is nothing anyone can do , you arnt breaking any laws

I'd cut the tree down ;) .

That would've been easy if it was one tree but its whole copse of them, they're like feckin squirrels climbing round the trees down there.

Any grey ones......? We all know what happens to them......................... :hunter:

A CSPO can't charge you with anything they don't have the power ... The only things you have to tell them is your name and address ... They can't even detain you .............

Yes they can,and you don't have to tell them anything.

They have the same powers as anyone else, definitely don't tell them your full name or address.

Whats the only right you have the police tell you about if they lift you?

'You have the right to remain...'?

I'd just be polite and put my dog on a lead while they were watching or if asked, then let it off again when they're gone.

Or maybe on second thoughts I'd just keep it on and away from those filthy feral b*****ds.

They can detain you now until a "proper" copper comes along to charge you, they've had there powers revised now.

I tried not to make too much of a scene as knowing my luck they'll give me grief.

I thought they could only detain you if they have been given a temporary warrens card by the chief constable of their force .........
