Will Deben Bring Out A New Finder?

Do you think Deben will bring out a new finder in the near future, or will they stick with the present Mark3m.

I don't think everything is wrong with this bit of kit, I just cant stand the space noises, if they did bring a new version out, which had say, something like the ticking sound of the Mark1 I could be tempted.

The tone given of by the mk3m is pritty poor but at the same time is easy to understand, mk1 is like a pulse tone which would sound a lot better on the mk3m , well that's what I'm thinking CJ . I've a Brocken Ferret finder what only reads when held up close would be fun if any one had the mk1 speaker laid about I woul solder it on to see what it sounds like ATB mark

Cant see them bring one out soon after the failed mk 2 the mk 3 was rushed out then the 3 m and they havent been out that long

Not very likely ,, the new one ain't that old,,,,,mind you I'm yet to see a mk3 that is as accurate as the mk 1

Funny you should say that Tomo.... I was ferreting a week last sunday, and got a mark on the mk3 at 5ft... I thought that itd be a doddle as it uasually reads nearly twice the usual depth. not this time D'oh!

Touch wood I can't fault my mk3m yet, its within a couple inches every time so in my view worth the investment.....nearly

Must say like mine,the search is good when your working on your own ferrets can run the hedges on you.

You know 4foot is 2 foot. Had a couple of problems with collars not turning on.

When ever I've been out with lads and the bf while it's accurate,I find it a bit baffling.

I personally Like my disco carrot it is very accurate and well i don't mind the sounds but i have never used the mk1

Mark3 are better near electric cables or ground with other interference you can turn down the sound mark 1 are not repairable by debon
