People with limbs missing, raking in bins, trying to doidge the next flash f**ker while he goes by in his x6 BMW. I believe the President from here is one of the largest Land Owners in Brasil...... It currently hosts an estimated 10 000,000! They are starting to 'rebuild' it following civil war. With all these people, you'd think that would be jobs (and $$) for a lot of people.
