brambles 3,326 Posted October 28, 2012 Report Share Posted October 28, 2012 I've got a 3/4gh x 1/4 beardie she has been a great taker of feather be it duck pheasant or the taking of woodcock on the lamp, and her knack of finding nests is uncanny but this normally results in the hen bird being brought back to hand aswell, for me the taking of feather is a must in an allrounder.
