how does the law stand with catapults?

Recommended Posts

A police man once tried to do me for posession of a weapon, for having a small ash tray in my bag, they can be right c**ts at tmes.

no way! that is ridiculous.....what were they searching your bag for?

Taking photos of police officers beating a guy up, and refusing to get down off a bus shelter and give them my camera memory card.

Good effort!

My sister was on her way to mine the other week, she's 18 but looks younger and is well spoken. 2 fat coppers said ''Oi come here'' and ''Whats in the bag?'' (Her handbag)....

She told them to fcuk off and mind their own business, luckily she knew that by telling her to 'come here' they are detaining you, so she asked why she was being detained. They said 'We aren't detaining you', she said 'Goddbye then' and walked away.

Little jumped up cnuts half of them, then act surprised when they get fcuk all help.

same here.

They might not have given a proper reason but they must have a reason if you keep getting searched.

I am not saying every time i go out the house that i get ragged, but sometime's they can be a pain, i left my son (16) in the car while i nipped in the betting shop, 2 of his mate's walk past, and they start talking, i come out the betty to a scene straight out of the sweeney(my age) i tell them it's my car, my son and where iv'e been, they even seen my bet(jinxed) i can see why the young lad's get fed up with it, they get pulled alot, i'm older, we learn to just put up with it, but most of us that got pulled when we were younger, give them as much stick as the young one's now, if i get pulled today i will use this in my letter to chief.

It is completly legal to hunt small game with a catapult as long as you have permission on the land...it does however take loads of practice to be good at it....i just carnt seem to master it that well...they can be legally over 12flbs that air rifles fire at and with the .38 steel ball bearings they pack a hell of a punch.....As with being stopped just tell them your on your way to your permission to hunt small game that are specified on general licence nout they can do about it mate
